Passengers will now be able to make bookings for the most comfortable seats in advance with the launch of Wizz Air's new service enhancement.
The airline's new service enhancement successfully underwent a week of testing on the London-Budapest route, and the carrier now offers comfort seats with additional legroom in rows 12 and 13 to its customers flying from October 29 on the entire route network.
Passengers can take advantage of the service by simply logging onto wizzair.com and can make their purchase. This new feature is very convenient for online purchase, and it is expected that passengers would find it very helpful for them.
For an allocated seat, passengers have to pay a price of EUR 5 if paid online at the time of bookings and EUR 10 if payments are made after the initial booking-via the call centre or at the airport.
This new service comes in line with the airline's service innovations that were launched earlier this year such as priority travel insurance purchase within a single transaction, boarding as well as luggage charge only for very checked luggage.
Wizz Air is going ahead for new service enhancements so that its clients will be able to personalize their reservations selecting the services they require and paying only for the chosen services, and at the same time saving a lot of time. Overall, this is a very good feature launched by the airlines.
