A string of countrywide events geared to boost the profit of Scottish tourism companies will be taking off next month, with Ayrshire businesses expected to draw full benefit of the schedule of these events.
Tourism Management Development Programme Scottish Enterprise is a creative schedule of events, designed to accrue a cool equilibrium of authentic concepts and best industry conventions to help tourism businesses play on the global level.
Ayrshire businesses will get inspiration to further expand their potential, draw more tourists and maximize profits.
As environmental concerns are becoming more significant in the tourism industry, the event will start with a Sustainable Tourism Conference at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Edinburgh on October 2.
The programme will help members move up to rush with all the fresh views, news and developments in sustainable tourism in an open and frank approach.
Speakers including representatives from The Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Rezidor Group and Tourism Vancouver will share insights into the industry, along with the secrets of their achievements.
With a number of associates including VisitScotland and Gleneagles Hotel, the event will be run by Scottish Enterprise.
"With first class tourism attractions of golf, Burns and sailing, Ayrshire has a growing and successful tourism industry. The Tourism Management Development Programme is available to support our tourism companies to further develop their businesses and I would encourage them to get involved", said Evelyn McCann, operations director, Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire.
