Special offers for Virgin Atlantic passengers
European Airlines

Virgin Atlantic has announced attractive incentives for its passengers, to provide the best possible start to their holidays. This is an online offer of £6 off for every £30 spent onboard Virgin Atlantic flights, for passengers traveling from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester Airports, and would last from 1st August to 30th September this year. Virgin Atlantic is well known for its onboard shopping range and Retail Therapy. It was voted as the 'In-flight Retailer of the Year 2006'.

The vouchers would be available for the passengers online. They need to print off their vouchers from their check-in confirmation email and carry them to the airport on the day of departure.  The passengers will have to produce the Retail Therapy discount voucher to a cabin crewmember onboard to redeem duty free purchase of £30 or more. The passengers can also pick up exclusive vouchers and discounts that can be spend on designated duty free retailers in the South Terminal at Gatwick and departure areas of Terminal 3 at Heathrow.

Virgin Atlantic also offers two magazines suited to the tastes and style of leisure and business travelers. The latest editions of the magazine include more than 50 new brands, apart from other 180 or more items of top brand names.

''We hope that this promotion will encourage passengers to check-in online before their trip'' said Paul Dickinson, Sales & Marketing Director of Virgin Atlantic. This promotional campaign is intended to generate passenger traffic for online Check-In and kiosk Check-In, which the airline expects to touch 80% by the end of 2008.
