Europe's biggest low cost airline, Ryanair, on Wednesday, 25th July made an announcement that it is going to start 13 new routes from its Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow ad Liverpool bases in October and 3 new routes from the Belfast City Airport. Reopening of five routes to Grenoble and Salzburg was also announced by the carrier for this year's ski season.
Peter Sherrard, airline's Head of Communications, announced the new routes and said, "Today's new routes include the first Ryanair flights between the UK and the Canary Islands and see the arrival of Europe's lowest fares at George Best Belfast City airport, the 136th airport in the Ryanair network".
Sherrard added, "From December, we will also re-open 5 ski routes from East Midlands, Liverpool and Glasgow to Grenoble and Salzburg in response to last year's huge passenger demand for low fares to the slopes".
"Ryanair's expansion across Europe is good news for consumers who will benefit from more of Europe's guaranteed lowest fares and best punctuality", Sherrard said.
Giving more details about an attractive offer by the airline for its customers, Sherrard said, "To celebrate these new routes Ryanair has launched 5 million seats for just £/€10 including taxes and charges, and we advise all passengers to log onto Ryanair.com immediately, as these low fares will be snapped up in record time".
The new routes would surely help the travellers who are looking for the coming ski season.
