Contrasting to the traditional 'Virgin Clubhouse' situated on the other side of the Gatwick airport, the new facility is mainly geared towards providing for the families who are flying along with little ones.
Virgin's new facility features a number of zones created to preoccupy young travellers, giving their parents the opportunity to enjoy free food and soft drinks with cut-rate alcoholic beverages without any type of troubles. The 'Tech Zone', is among the child-friendly distractions, which includes internet-enabled portals, video games and table football.
The new facility is open to all Virgin Holidays clients no matter in which class they are flying. An admittance charge of £15 is applicable for adults and it is £10 for little ones. Fast Track security clearance is also included in the entry fee. The new VIP lounge is open from 6.30 a.m. until 1 p.m. every day.
