Emaar Properties has launched the sale of luxury, waterfront serviced apartment suites at the 38-storey Dubai Marina Mall Hotel and Serviced Residences.
The development includes studios, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging from 540 to 3,995 sq ft in size.
