Over 4,000, replacement vehicles are provided by Car Crash Line Group to people making insurance claims following an accident. Their complete process of taking information and completing a collection, delivery or marking any damage to their vehicles involved a long paper work and for clients, it was a matter of worry.

With the help of OnTAAP Forms Workmate solution that makes the entire process paperless and increase the efficiency, Car Crash Line Group is now emerging as UK' leading accident management service.

Through combining 3G and GPRS technologies provided to branch managers and drivers; real-time enhanced data can be provided to various departments of the group as well as directing appropriate notification to third party insurance providers.

Additionally, with this solution, forms can be directly converted into electronic format along with enhanced features such as electronic signatures, diagram mapping, photographic capabilities and validation.

"By the application of OnTAAP technology a simple hand held PDA becomes a powerful multi-use tool. Developing a mobile application that successfully integrates across an entire organisation was a challenge but the benefits have produced stunning results", commented Steve Higgon, CEO, TAAP.

Steve further said, "The project has made the relevant data easily accessible over all levels of the organisation, guaranteeing the delivery of complex, mandatory paperwork to third party insurance firms within three working days".

Since the implementation of the new system, Car Crash Line Group has achieved a reduction of 80 per cent in its administrational processes at its regional branches.
