Europe's largest regional low fares carrier, Flybe announced that it has executed three new Interline e-ticket partnerships, with US Airways, Singapore Airlines and Korean Air. This is certainly a very good news for passengers of Flybe.
One of its kind in the low cost air travel market, the news takes the Flybe's Interline e-ticket partners to a total of eleven, now also includes names such as American Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Emirates, Brussels Airlines, bmi, Northwest and TAP.
Flybe's Head of Sales, Stephen Hobday, said, "Our continued pursuit and implementation of interline e-ticket projects endorses Flybe's commitment to increasing our interline partnerships.
It also enables our travel trade partners to issue more tickets to an even greater number of destination options and demonstrates our determination to expanding and strengthening our connecting route network".
Operating services from more UK airports than any other carrier, and having a core network of 170 routes, both domestic and regional, in Europe, Flybe provides passengers with frequent, convenient and affordable travel into Manchester, Birmingham and London Gatwick from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Scotland.
Flybe's new Interline e-ticket partnerships allows the carrier's passengers-both business and leisure-an increased choice to a wider range of destinations worldwide.
This has been further improved by the carrier's advancement into European city airports during the past twelve months; drawing new partners to the airline's interline portfolio and serving more routes through Frankfurt, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Dusseldorf, Milan and Amsterdam.
