According to an energy saving group organising a clear day, it is the people power what is going to cut down carbon emissions. If the people world over recognise the savings that they can made from their efforts, it will be highly beneficial for the environment of this earth.
An event called 'Power to the People' is being organized by the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre Anglia, which is providing free advice on energy saving to the local population of Cambridgeshire. The organization also provides free advice to cut down the carbon dioxide emissions to the residents, so that the environment of the earth can be saved.
The main aim of the evening at The Guildhall in Cambridge is to help the people who are thinking of cutting down carbon emissions, to make choice of the best alternatives for their house.
"Every home is different so you must find out which technology would be best for your home", said Alex Driver of the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre.
Driver also said, "You should make your home as energy efficient as possible to reduce the amount of energy you need and maximise the benefits of your renewable system. Come and see us to find out more".
'Power to the People' is being organised in association with Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council.
The event is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 11, from 6.30pm.
