Aer Lingus announces new route from Belfast to Paris
Destinations

Announcing a brand new service between Aer Lingus Group plc is to operate a brand new daily service connecting Belfast International and Paris, Charles de Gaulle with effect from 30th March. The one-way fares for this service will be as low as £25 including taxes and charges. This a very good news for passengers looking to fly to Paris.

From today, bookings can be made through the airline's website www.aerlingus.com.

Dermot Mannion, Aer Lingus CEO commented, "Our market research has shown strong demand for Paris, Charles de Gaulle while Northern Ireland is increasingly popular with French visitors. We are delighted to be able to capitalise on this demand by launching Aer Lingus' low-cost, superior service offering on this route."

By way of facilitating the new route to Paris, the airline is redeploying one among the twice-daily flights from its Belfast Amsterdam route. This deployment is expected to offer the customers an additional choice besides optimising the fleet use in Belfast. Aer Lingus will continuously offer a daily service to Amsterdam.

Interestingly, the service to Paris is the tenth route introduced from Belfast since 10th December, when Aer Lingus started offering its services from its new base in Belfast to Amsterdam, Geneva and Barcelona.

In addition, on 25 February, routes are to be launched to Rome, Faro, Budapest and Malaga and on 1st April, Nice will take off marking the complete network to over ten destinations.
