After a comprehensive refurbishment programme, The Westbury Hotel, off Dublin's Grafton St. is to unveil its facility during this week. The opening is expected to claim the pre-eminent position of the property among the elite class five star hotels in Dublin.
Jurys Doyle CEO Bill Walshe observed, "This multi million euro investment marks the rebirth of The Westbury, and is intended to consolidate the hotel's position as Dublin's most popular luxury hotel. It is also evidence of our intent to reposition our entire portfolio of hotels upscale, and to clearly position The Westbury for the long term as a 'flagship' of our Group and a true landmark of luxury."
During refurbishment, the hotel was totally renovated with redesigning of the ballroom, standard bedrooms and meeting rooms. The lobby of the hotel has been the primary choice for a wide range of elite circle in Ireland. The notable highlights of the property include the elegant and classical surroundings, the amazing and brand new bar, and the new lobby - all featuring a luxurious contemporary design and look.
By the end of May, the remaining rooms shall be completed. Simultaneously, a new market is being created on the way leading to the new restaurant. The opening of the new restaurant is scheduled for early May. Once completed, Westbury with a new look shall offer a high-class premium experience. The art works of Louis le Brocquy, Nora McGuinness, John Shinnors, Patrick Scott and Barrie Cooke will add to elegance.
